Acuity Mobile Systems

A complete hand-held  operational and investigative tool

The Acuity Mobile Systems gives authorized personnel with tablets and smart phone wireless, direct and real time access to the QED CAD data. Users can receive live dispatches, with associated background data, update status and add dispositions all using their tablet or smart phone. Local and State CJIS queries are all available on these personal devices while the officer is on duty. Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR), and bar code recognition for driver licenses and registration documents are all available using the device's built-in camera.

Officers can check warrant lists, Meghan's law lists, and any other data using agency customized Quick Searches from these hand-held devices.

WHO SHOULD USE ACUITY MOBILE SYSTEMS ?

Police Management—Always know what is going on because your smart phone provides live situational information directly from Acuity CAD. It can also provide immediate statistical data for use in community meetings.

Patrol—Officers now have a small handheld device that can easily be carried with them that gives them full access to CAD dispatch functions, CJIS and police records query. No need to go back to the car or call dispatch to check records.

Detectives—Each fire fighter receives the complete call information on dispatch including background information. View unit status to know who is responding. Search the fire database for information.

Fire Inspectors—Access to NFIRS reports and previous calls at an address. Check for warnings or hazards at any address.
