The Acuity Fire Records Management System was designed to schedule any number of divisions, each with their own specific rotations/shifts. Flexible definitions of work group rotations are defined by each agency including 4 on/2 off, 24 hour shifts, overlapping shifts etc. Customized work codes and accrual categories for exceptions to schedules (vacations, sick, swaps, personal days) define one of the many attributes of the system.
Designed to be accessed from mobile or in-house systems, communicating assignments and work schedules becomes a stream-lined and coordinated effort.

Supports Many Configurations—Q.E.D.’s CAD and RMS is not required to utilize Roster Scheduler however rosters can be pre-loaded into Q.E.D.’s CAD 4.0 dispatching system. Users access Roster Scheduler and EB/Partner through the IE, Chrome or Edge browsers
Flexible Access Security—Roster and Scheduling pages can be accessed within your Department, or by selected outside personnel at your discretion. If your network has a Virtual Private Network gateway, you can provide secure access to mobile users via VPN, or to personnel working from their homes or other remote locations.
