Since the beginning, you three more than anyone else, have been the ones that I can truly count on. When I talk to other system managers in other cities and hear the horror stories of the support they receive from their CAD/RMS vendors, I realize how truly lucky I have had it.
Not once did you guys let me down, from converting old data, to creating reports, to database issues, and moving Web Partner from an old physical server to a virtual one, you guys were always there. I was even was able to learn a few things about SQL and Informix. You even didn’t make me feel bad during my self-inflicted gunshot wounds…I can’t even count the times you worked around the clock fixing issues we had.
Thanks for helping me survive the last 18 years. It is truly an honor to call you friends.
